Roger Christian talks latest projects, Star Wars, Alien...and Battlefield Earth.
With post-production on zombie movie 13 Eerie concluded, Shadowlocked.com regular Roger Christian brings us up to date on his latest projects, including a supernatural horror film set on a space station ('Stranded'), progress on the first Stanislav Lem SF adaptation since Solaris (1972), Oktoberfeast...as well as reminiscing about his ground-breaking work on Alien (1979) and Star Wars (1977).
Additionally Roger discusses the (currently) new trailers for old friend/colleague's new Alien prequel Prometheus. Finally, he discusses handling over ten years of criticism for his L. Ron Hubbard adaptation Battlefield Earth (2000), and how popular network showings are beginning to dispel some of the myths about that movie.
