Here at Shadowlocked we believe very strongly in one particular motto - 'share and share alike'. Last week, we brought you a wonderful opportunity to win a pair of weekend tickets to Destination Star Trek, the biggest, trekiest expo going. However, we knew we could do better ...

So, with this in mind - and to celebrate the first-ever broadcast of Star Trek in HD on British television (7pm from 5th Nov) - we've teamed up with Syfy, who have kindly provided a pair of Silver tickets to Destination Star Trek this weekend...a £225 value!

Among the longest-running and most popular science fiction franchise in television history, Star Trek launches on 5th November at 7 pm, with Syfy becoming the first channel to bring UK fans Star Trek: The Next Generation in high-definition. Digitally re-mastered to Native HD standards, the original episodes have been retransferred from original film elements to produce stunning high-definition images, including amazing visual effects that have been painstakingly recreated from the source material.

Adam Collings, Channel Director, Syfy UK, said: “We know our viewers love the Star Trek franchise, so in the year that The Next Generation celebrates its 25th Anniversary, we are thrilled to be the first channel to bring the series to UK fans in stunning high-definition.”

Winners will need to cover their own travel to and from the event, and must confirm their attendance by 7pm on Thursday 18th October. Tickets will be made available for pick-up at the event.
