Deus Ex: Human Revolution clothing line announced

Augment yourself one step closer to being Adam Jensen...
It seems like everything is getting a clothing line these days, from Jersey Shore to Green Lantern. If you like something, you wear its name in big letters across your chest.
So it should be no surprise that the people at Musterbrand LLC (who were also behind the MGS: Peace Walker clothing line) have announced their new Deus Ex: Human Revolution collection.
Video game clothing is obviously nothing new, but this line is something a bit different. Rather than just slapping the games logo on four different T-shirts and a zip-jacket, Musterbrand has gone for a more 'high end' fashion look. These clothes would look more at home on a catwalk than at a LAN night.
The most striking item in this line is the one to the left, that you probably already noticed. It is, of course, Adam Jensen's signature black trench coat. Complete with air vents, sleeve detailing and a 'detachable waistcoat' this little number is sure to up your geek-cred tenfold. It also looks damn sharp too, which is always a plus.
The other stand-out item in the line is the jeans. The stitching and the waxed-denim finish of the jeans in particular really sets them apart from the rest of the line. To look at them you would not be able to tell them apart from the threads sold at the expensive end of the high-street.
And that is something worth mentioning actually, the price. If you would like to slip yourself into that snazzy jacket it is going to cost you £165, the jeans will set you back another £61. So to actually dress like Adam Jensen will probably cost you more than to play the game, console and all. But don't let this discourage you, the clothes are assured to be of the very highest quality, and there are some other, more affordable items on offer too.
To check out the store for yourself, and maybe even indulge in some augmented fashion just follow this link. But if you want the clothes right now, I'm afraid you going to have to wait - the store is currently only taking pre-orders, and the line doesn't actually launch until October.
To check out the game itself, and why we gave it five stars, have a look at Danny Palmer's excellent review.
