Warner Bros leaks tonnes of new Hangover 2 material
| NEWS - MOVIE NEWS |
Can't wait till the film? Neither can we...

With The Hangover 2 due to be released in UK cinemas in just five days time, Warner Bros. has stepped up its advertising to overdrive; flooding the web with images, videos and minor plot details. Yet despite this flourish of activity, very little is known about the upcoming release, a film that is sure to be one of the biggest grossing of 2011.
The basic premise is this - Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), Doug (Justin Bartha) and Alan (Zach Galifianakis) jet over to Thailand for Stu's upcoming wedding; and Stu is desperate to avoid the madness that ensued in Vegas. Therefore, he organises a calm, pre-wedding brunch for all to enjoy in a quiet and subdued manner. Yet despite all his calm, calculated planning, Stu forgets one thing - this is the Wolfpack - and before long, Alan, Stu and Phil are awakening to yet further confusion and headaches. As was the case in Vegas, the group are faced with a number of exuberant problems - welcoming back a number of familiar faces in the process - and must deal, this time, with the loss of Stu's finance's brother,Teddy; doesn't it all seem blissfully familiar?
Anyhow, apart from the above, Warner Bros. have remained surprisingly quiet in the run up to its release, leaking a few short video clips and some cinematic stills, while seemingly expecting word of mouth and social media to do this film justice...and who could argue? The Hangover was one of the most successful comedies in recent years, sky-rocketing the careers of many of its leads whilst relaunching the career of its director, Todd Phillips; an individual whose previous comic escapades included both Road Trip and Old School.
As you know, Shadowlocked will be in attendance at the Warner Bros. press screening on the 25th May - and a review will be forthcoming - but to keep you happy, we thought we'd put all our favourite, related material into one beautiful news article...because we are nice like that. Enjoy.
