Captain Hammer voices Green Lantern
| NEWS - MOVIE NEWS |
Everyone's a hero in their own way, mostly the Green Lantern and me and you...

Nathan Fillion admitted in an interview with TV Guide that when he was offered the chance to voice Hal Jordan in the DVD movie Green Lantern: Emerald Knights he totally "geeked out". While the DVD is due to be released on June 7, only a week before the feature film starring Ryan Reynolds, Fillion does not feel any competition with Reynolds. In fact, the two are old friends, having gotten their starts on the same show, Two Guys and a Girl. Fillion reportedly is pleased to share the character with a friend.
Nathan Fillion can currently be seen in the series Castle, and has long been a favorite of fans of Firefly and Dr. Horrible. Green Lantern: Emerald Knights also includes the voice talents of Henry Rollins (of Black Flag and Sons of Anarchy), and Rowdy Roddy Piper (They Live). With these three on board, this might be the greatest cast ever assembled, The Avengers notwithstanding.
