The Walking Dead: DVD and Blu-ray release date

Lurching their way towards your DVD or Blu-ray player in March...
While there’s little information yet on what to expect for extras and bonus material when AMC’s The Walking Dead hits shelves on DVD and Blu-Ray, a street date has been set. All six episodes of season one will be released by Anchor Bay Entertainment on March 8th, 2011.
You can pre-order your copy at Amazon.com right now. DVD sets are priced at $39.98 and Blu-Ray priced at $49.99. As of yet, no cover art or special features have been announced.
The season finale for The Walking Dead will air this Sunday, December 5, at 10 P.M. Eastern on AMC.
