Here's the latest teaser poster for Jon Favreau's Cowboys And Aliens, heading our way in Summer of 2011, and starring Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Olivia Wilde, Sam Rockwell and Noah Ringer.
The movie is based on the graphic novel by Scott Mitchell Rosenberg, Fred Van Lente, Andrew Foley and artist Luciano Lima, and tells of an alien invasion in Arizona during the wild west era. The material provides yet another opportunity for the human race to forget its internal differences in the face of extra-terrestrial annihilation, as disparate factions in the prejudiced Old West, including native Americans, must team up to fight off the alien hordes with pretty crude technology - such as lassoes. Luckily the main character featured here seems to have got himself tooled up with a more useful weapon than a Derringer...
