A staunch defender of cinematic artistry and a fierce critic of hollow, artless studio cashgrabbery, Gabriel is currently a stay-at-home father and a member of the 'geekius extraordinarius' species. If there's an obscure fact to be known about movies, he knows it, but he isn't quite sure if that's something to brag about. When not working to help embiggen Shadowlocked's Internet street cred, he splits time between missing his hard-working wife, trying to decide whether the Star Wars or Lord of the Rings movies were the greatest geek films of his lifetime, and desperately trying to learn the Force so that his rambunctious daughter's diapers will begin throwing themselves out. A particular fan of quirkiness (a la Coen Bros. & Terry Gilliam), old-school video games, and black comedies, Gabriel finds guilty pleasure nearly everywhere, from X-Files to Xanadu. He prepared for his "official" duties in the geek trade by ranting and raving on his personal Wordpress blog for several months. Now that he's an extremely important man, he trusts that you will all hang on his every word...bumfuzzle...that is all.
