Calvin is a writer specialising in films and popular television series (as well as many that have been cancelled—why?! ), and also writes short screenplays on Movie Poet . Unlike some critics, he believes that films can and should be entertaining to watch, and hopes to aid Shadowlocked in their noble quest against the forces of grumpiness and cynicism. Or something. He thinks that Joss Whedon is the best screenwriter ever, and his favourite TV series is Firefly [but don’t hold that against him – writer’s sister (who hasn’t seen Firefly – writer) ]. His favourite genres are epic, sci-fi, action, and comedy. And epic sci-fi action comedy.
