Paramount have revealed thier final poster for M. Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender, and it really is one of the most beautiful collages in the classic Hildebrandt Brothers style that I've seen in recent years...
Arriving July 2nd 2010, the Nickelodeon>movie adaptation, according to the official synopsis, finds mankind divided between civilisations of Earth, Air, Fire and Water, with the 'Fire' faction perhaps predictably on the warpath to conquer the other three quarters of the globe. A cross betweeen Neo and the young Dalia Lama, main character Aang, played by Noah Ringer is the titular single remaining 'airbender' who can manipulate all four elements and reunite the nations. First Aang must proceed out on a perilous journey with Waterbender Nicola Peltz and her stubborn brother Sokka (is anyone beginning to be reminded of the late 70s Japanese TV show Monkey here, shaved heads and all..?).
