Human Centipede clip a real freak-out

Even if you have two real close friends, you'd probably never want them to get this close...
MTV are currently running an exclusive clip for The Human Centipede, a new German horror film that deals with a mad Nazi-style doctor who is determined to join three (naturally) attractive young teenagers together, mouth-to-arse, to produce a 'human centipede', or six-legged human creature with three brains but one interlocked digestive system.
It's so sick, they've already greenlit the sequel, and the movie doesn't even open until tomorrow.
There's nothing splattery or gruesome in the clip itself, which features the Mad Scientist explaining his ghastly plan to his three intended patient/victims, and that the experiment has already worked well with Rottweilers. One has to wonder, in the vast gamut of Mad Scientists' ideas through film history, what the point of this particular experiment might be, if it is anything beyond the ultimate sadism.
