Doctor Who: TARDIS making an appearance at Brent Cross at Easter
| NEWS - TV NEWS |
The high-res space-jalopy says hello to the public this Easter...

The re-vamped high-res TARDIS will be making an appearance at Brent Cross this Bank Holiday Monday. The Doctor's trusty space-mule has been revamped and tweaked for the hi-def generation, and is bound to be worth a look if you're in the area. The TARDIS will be on display at Toys R Us (Opposite Brent Cross Shopping Centre) between 9am-4pm. We don't yet know if it will be making that 'whooshing' sound as a crowd-pleaser (I'm kind of guessing that it will).
Apparently each hour that the TARDIS is on display, there'll also be a guest turn from a Doctor Who monster - no doubt ones we've seen already, but I could go a Sontaran. That the Daleks will show up is guaranteed, surely - keeping them away would be like trying to keep the heavy metal-looking Klingons away from a Star Trek convention...
There'll also be children's activities, as well as prizes for the youngsters (that is such a broad definition in Who-land) that turn up in the best Doctor Who-related costume.
